  • First edition silkscreen from "Interaction of Color", published by Yale University Press in 1963 as a limited edition of 2000.  Each of the volume's prints, mostly color silkscreens, is accompanied by descriptive text by Josef Albers.  As issued, all prints are unsigned.  This silkscreen print is in excellent condition, a fine impression with vibrant colors, and rare for an Interaction of Color print, no wear.  The dot indicates the lower right corner.  Sheet size: 13 x 10 inches.  Contact us for framing options.

Conceived as a handbook and teaching aid for artists, instructors and students, "Interaction of Color" is a masterwork in Twentieth-Century art education.
